New Building
Narrated Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him): “The Messenger of Allah (may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: ‘The good deeds that will reach a believer after his death are: knowledge which he learned and then spread; a righteous son whom he leaves behind; a copy of the Qur’an that he leaves as a legacy; a mosque that he built; a house that he built for wayfarers; a canal that he dug; or charity that he gave during his lifetime when he was in good health. These deeds will reach him after his death.’ ”

Alhamdulillah, Islamia has been awarded a grant for a new 2-form entry school on our current premises. We need to raise £1.2 million to help towards the cost of the building.

Year 3B have been working with Gemma, one of the architects, to help design a fabulous new school, Insha'Allah. They brainstormed different ideas and in their art lessons they drew designs of the new build.




We would like lockers to put our things in.
A bigger staff room for the teachers.
We want Islamic patterns around the school. 		We want a canteen without echoes.
A large ICT room with 30 computers.
I would like a creative art room.
I would like a big bright classroom.
I want the wudhu area away from the toilets.
It would be nice to have mirrors in the toilets.		 I want a pond with fish in the playground.
Bigger playground with equipment.
I want a quite area in the playground.
